We include a six-month warranty and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Repairs exclude loss of diamonds.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or repair requests on any items once they have been altered by a third-party jeweller.
If the purchase is outside the six-month warranty, we can still assist with repairs. Please email or call us to obtain a quote at email@example.com
For domestic purchases, we are pleased to provide the 1st resize for free within 6 months of purchase for, additional resizes will incur a $90 AUD charge.
Cleaning and Care
Jewellery is delicate by nature and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewellery, please follow these care instructions.
- Take off your jewellery before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, etc.
- Leave your jewellery at home before engaging in strenuous activities such as working out.
- Do not wear your jewellery to the beach or the pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Exposure to makeup, oil and dyes can diminish the sparkle of your jewellery.
-Before bedtime, lay your jewellery out flat.
-For necklaces, please clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot
To clean your diamond jewellery, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.
We urge you to insure your jewellery as soon as possible against theft, loss or damage, as you would any other major purchase.
We offer insurance for Australian residents through Q-Report. Simply click here where another window will open for their site and prompt you to enter in the value of your purchase, and will provide you with the total cost of insurance.
All custom jewellery and engagement rings are final sale, non-refundable.
Payment is due up front before the setting process is started. We provide hi res photos and videos of every stone prior to purchase. Please reach out if you need additional imagery before you make your purchase. We are not liable for your diamond if you decide you do not like it after purchase. However, do offer a consignment service upon request.
Lindelli offers pre-order on limited edition collections. The typical order window spans two to four weeks. Payment must be finalised in full upfront for pre-ordered items.
Production typically takes between 2-4 weeks. Once ready, you receive a notification via email at which point the remaining amount outstanding is due. Once the item has been paid in full, we will dispatch your jewellery pieces within 1-2 business days.
We offer various payment as outlined on our check-out page. Cash payments are only available for click and collect orders from our Sydney atelier.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $500 AUD. To protect your jewellery package, we require a signature upon delivery for ALL packages.
We ship worldwide and offer Fed Ex and DHL shipping options for all international orders. Transit times are typically 5-10 days for international orders once production is complete.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges and we value all packages at the price you paid for them.
The order recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lindelli is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.
Please note that many of our items are made to order. Most items require 2-3 weeks for production, and 5-10 days for delivery.
